Requests began to come in for Keynote to expand their service area, and seven years later they now serve almost the whole state of New Mexico, plus West Texas, and even parts of Colorado and Arizona, using over 20 drivers.

Albuquerque
Keynote now has an office (and warehouse) in Albuquerque as well as the home office in Hobbs, New Mexico. They have started acquiring customers in El Paso, Texas and probably will have an office there before long. Expected in the future are connections with Denver, Dallas, and Phoenix.
Also Keynote has begun to diversify into servicing other industries such as electronics, plumbing, and home improvement. Even some in the medical field have expressed interest. So far Keynote has been able to handle almost all requests for delivery.
Another item being considered by Keynote is a "hot shot" service, where they would deliver items to locations not on the regular routes. (There is a lot of demand for that kind of delivery in the oil industry.)
Projections for growth are almost unlimited. Keynote tripled its volume in 2006. With all the possibilities, the future certainly looks bright.
